Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times We ship internationally and across Africa. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Local (South Africa): 5–10 business days
- Africa (other countries): 10–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
